Online Tickets & On the Day Admission
- The purchase and possession of an admission ticket (whether purchased online or at the entrance) constitutes your acceptance to these terms & conditions.
- Admission tickets purchased online are only valid if purchased via www.motorshowevents.com or official agents of Motorshow Events Ltd. Motorshow Events Ltd does not hold any responsibility for tickets purchased through unofficial ticket sites.
- Admission only upon display of a valid ticket (online purchases) or valid payment method (on the day purchases).
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the ticket details before arrival at the event. It may not be possible to rectify errors on the day of the event.
- Once purchased tickets cannot be refunded or returned. Transferrals and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and the decision of Motorshow Events Ltd is final.
- Admission tickets purchased are only valid for use on the date/s shown and the specified number and type of persons as stated on the tickets. All additional admissions must be paid for in full on arrival at the entrance, at the on the day admission charge.
- Tickets will not be accepted if any part of it is removed, altered, or defaced.
- Printed tickets must be printed on paper with a fully legible barcode.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that smart phones are fully charged and able to correctly show legible digital tickets, where tickets are to be redeemed digitally.
- Motorshow Events Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry due to actual or suspected fraudulent activity in the purchase or use of admission tickets.
- Admission tickets are not to be used for any part of marketing, sales or media promotion, whether commercial or non-commercial, without the prior written consent of Motorshow Events Ltd.
Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event
- If the event is rescheduled, we will notify you about the changes and your ticket will be valid for the new date. For events that are currently postponed, we ask for your patience until event organisers have finalised changes to the event.
Tickets purchased for all events held by Motorshow Events Ltd are non-refundable; 14-day cancellation rights do not apply.
Motorshow Events Ltd tickets are non-refundable. Should we need to cancel a date due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to move the booking to another available date/event.
Arriving, During and Exiting the Event
- All children under 16 must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
- Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 16+. Children must not be unattended at any time whilst at an event hosted by Motorshow Events Ltd.
- Motorshow Events Ltd reserves the right to ask visitors to leave the site at any time during their visit due to behaviour deemed inappropriate by Motorshow Events Ltd management, in these circumstances no refund will be given.
- Exit and re-entry to Motorshow events Ltd shows will only be allowed on verification of a valid wristband and receipt of admission payment or tickets.
- Motorshow Events Ltd is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the venue – including, but not limited to, damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or actions of other patrons.
- Strictly no trading within the venue without written consent or agreement with Motorshow Events Ltd.
- No glass bottles or alcohol may be brought onto the site of Motorshow Events Ltd shows.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and the owner is responsible for clearing up any mess caused by the dog.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the site. Smoking is only permitted in the designated space in the car park area.
- Motorshow Events Ltd reserves the rights to conduct searches of all ticket holders, pushchairs/buggies, and wheelchairs on entry to or exit from the site. Anyone who refuses to participate will be denied access to and from the site.
- Motorshow Events Ltd reserves the rights to change advertised programmes without prior knowledge. All activities are subject to change.
- In the case of adverse weather (heat, rain, or wind) we may make the decision to close some activities for customer and staff safety.
- The car park is open to the general public. We cannot guarantee that members of the general public will not enter our car park and cause damage to property and/or engage in criminal activity. Accordingly, you park your vehicle in the car park at your own risk. We cannot and do not guarantee the security of your vehicle and/or its contents. We will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, or consequential loss, including but not limited to, any loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of earnings.
Personal Data and Consent
- Motorshow Events Ltd aims to set the best practice in implementing the Data Protection Act (1998). Details obtained during your transaction will be retained on our database and used to facilitate future bookings.
- Personal data is only used by Motorshow Events Ltd. Data is not passed onto third parties.
- From time-to-time, Motorshow Events Ltd will undertake general photo and video shoots as part of their marketing activity. If you do not wish to be included in any photographic material, please advise the team undertaking the activity, inclusion in the event assumes consent to the use of the material. Where an individual shot in required, consent for use will be requested.
